What it is
Borjomi is one of the world's most recognised natural mineral waters, drawn from underground springs in the Borjomi Gorge of the Georgian Caucasus. The water passes through layers of volcanic rock over thousands of years, absorbing an unusually rich complex of minerals — sodium bicarbonate above all — before rising naturally to the surface.
