What it is
Nezhin cucumbers have been prized since the 17th century, when the Nizhyn region of northern Ukraine became synonymous with small, firm cucumbers that hold their crunch through the pickling process. The traditional Nezhin-style marinade — a measured balance of acetic acid, garlic, and warming spices — delivers a clean, pleasantly sharp flavour with no artificial preservatives.
