What it is
Nettle leaf tea is a tisane made from carefully dried leaves of the stinging nettle (Urtica dioica). Long enjoyed across Eastern Europe and beyond, it brews into a gently earthy, lightly grassy cup — pleasant on its own or with a spoonful of honey. Naturally caffeine-free, it is a calm alternative to black or green tea at any time of day. Steep 1–2 teaspoons in freshly boiled water for 5–7 minutes, then strain and serve.
