Marinated Porcini (Cep) Mushrooms, 580 ml
The king of forest mushrooms — porcini caps in a clean marinade.
EUROPEAN-MADE · WILD PORCINI / BELYE GRIBY · 580 ML JAR
About this product
Porcini (Boletus edulis) — known in Russian as belye griby, the white mushrooms — are the unchallenged king of European wild mushrooms. Brown caps, ivory flesh, dense bite, a nutty woodland flavour that holds its own against almost any partner.
A jar of marinated porcini is not an everyday mushroom; it's the showpiece. Drain, slice thicker pieces, finish with sunflower oil and a few fine onion rings, and serve as the headline cold zakuska. Also extraordinary chopped into a vinaigrette salad, on dark rye with butter, or warmed briefly into a cream-and-buckwheat side.
Ingredients
Porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis), water, salt, sugar, acetic acid (E260), garlic, bay leaf, black pepper, allspice, dill.
