What it is
Muscovite (Москвичка) is one of Russia’s most enduring confections — a small caramel shell with a soft liqueur filling, coated in dark chocolate glaze. Made by Rot-Front, Moscow’s century-old chocolate factory, these sweets have been a staple of Russian confectionery since the Soviet era.
