What it is
Adjika is one of Georgia's most celebrated condiments. Mimino's Georgian Traditional Adjika follows the classic recipe: ripe red chillies blended with garlic, fragrant herbs and a careful measure of salt. The result is a deep, brick-red paste with a sharp heat and the clean aroma of fresh Caucasian spice.
