What it is
Krējuma means 'cream' in Latvian, and that is exactly what defines this bar — a gentle, buttery milk chocolate that melts cleanly and smoothly on the palate. Laima has been producing chocolate in Riga since 1870, making it one of the oldest and most respected confectionery houses in the Baltic region.
The Krējuma bar is mild and balanced: not too sweet, not too bitter. It works equally well as an everyday treat or as an ingredient in baking and desserts.
Ingredients
Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, lactose, whey powder, soy lecithin (emulsifier E322), vanillin (flavouring). Cocoa solids: min. 30%. Milk solids: min. 20%.
