What it is
Mishka Kosolapiy — the Clumsy Bear — is one of the most recognisable confectionery names in Eastern Europe, with a history stretching back to Tsarist-era Russia. Laima, Latvia's oldest chocolate house (est. 1870), crafts their version under the Latvian name Lācītis Ķepainītis: a trilayer sweet of crisp wafer, smooth almond praline, and a dark chocolate shell with a minimum 45% cocoa content.
Each candy is wrapped individually in the classic foil, bearing the famous Shishkin bear motif. Light enough for an afternoon treat, rich enough to feel like a proper indulgence.
Ingredients
Sugar, almonds, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, wheat flour, starch, egg powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithins, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, salt, flavouring. Cocoa solids: min. 45%.
