What they are
The signature candy of AKKOND from Cheboksary: white milk soufflé folded with dried-apricot purée, each piece individually wrapped, dipped in milk chocolate. Soft inside, snap-crisp shell, with the natural fruit doing most of the sweetness work.
A handful on the coffee table for guests, a small box as a gift, one with hot tea on the way home. Slightly less sugary than typical milk-chocolate candies — the dried apricot earns its keep.
