Plump chicken wings, brined and gently smoked over wood until the skin turns deep amber and the meat is silky and juicy. A familiar Eastern-European deli classic, made in Germany by Lackmann to the standards of the country's strict food traditions.
Pull them straight from the fridge for an easy beer snack, warm them through for a quick supper, or chop into a smoky salad with potatoes, pickles and dill. The clean wood-smoke aroma does most of the work for you.
