What it is
Bajoru Dūmo — “Nobleman’s Smoke” in Lithuanian — are hot-smoked pork and beef sausages from Krekenavos mėsinė, one of Lithuania’s most established meat producers. Crafted in Krekenavas, Panevėžys district, these sausages combine a bold smoke character with the satisfying snap of a firm casing.
They grill beautifully, fry well in a pan, and hold their own sliced cold on a platter. Serve with mustard and rye bread for a proper Lithuanian spread.
