It would be a task to find someone who does not know Selga biscuits in Latvia. From the very beginning Selga recipe has not changed. They have stood the test of time and have been customers' favourites for six decades already. Their classic square shape is cut out to be an excellent raw material for various delicacies; biscuit “houses” filled with curds, curd cakes, cheese cakes are just a part of endless opportunities.
Ingredients and allergens
wheat flour, sugar, vegetable fat (palm, shea, emulsifiers fatty acid mono-diglycerides, flavouring, colour carotenes), sweetened condensed milk 2% (whole milk, sugar), whey powder (milk), egg powder, raising agents (sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium hydrogen carbonate), heated milk, vanillin flavourings, salt, emulsifier sunflower lecithin. May contain traces of sesame, nuts.
