What it is
Klaipėdos Extra are boiled sausages made with 90% pork — a straightforward recipe that lets the meat speak for itself. Produced by Klaipėdos Mėsinė, one of Lithuania’s longest-standing meat processors, they carry the lean, clean flavour typical of Baltic-style frankfurters.
Heat through in hot water for 5–7 minutes, or pan-fry briefly for a firmer bite. Serve with rye bread, grain mustard, or pickles for a proper Eastern European plate.
