The original fragrant bread, prepared according to a special Estonian recipe on a live leaven of rye and wheat flour with the addition of malt extract. It has a dense crumb with a rich and delicious aroma. Perfectly suits as a supplement to soup or broth, as well as for the preparation of sandwiches, sandwiches and snacks. It is especially well combined with low-salted salmon and piquant curd cheeses.
