What it is
Kauno Grūdai Ekstra is the highest grade of wheat flour produced by one of Lithuania’s leading grain processors. Extra-grade flour is milled from selected soft wheat to an exceptionally fine consistency, with very low ash content and a bright white colour.
It performs well across a wide range of recipes — from delicate sponge cakes and shortcrust pastry to white bread, pancakes and fresh pasta. The fine texture blends quickly with liquids, giving smooth batters and lump-free doughs with minimal effort.
