Kviesu Milti "Ekstra" is a type-550 white wheat flour milled at the Dobeles Dzirnavnieks mill in Dobele, Latvia — one of the Baltic region's established grain processors. Grade "Ekstra" denotes the finest extraction class: the bran is fully separated, leaving a bright, fine-textured flour with consistent gluten development.
