What it is
Various blossom honey is harvested from a diverse mix of wild and cultivated flowers across Latvian countryside. The result is a gentle, well-rounded honey with a mild floral sweetness and a complex layered aroma — different from single-varietal honeys, and more expressive for it. VINNIS holds Latvia's national food quality mark «Green Spoon», awarded exclusively to products of the highest local standard.
Stir into warm (not boiling) tea or porridge, spread over rye bread or crispbread, or use as a natural sweetener in dressings and marinades. At cooler temperatures the honey will granulate to a creamy texture — a sign of quality, not spoilage. Gently warm the closed jar in a bowl of warm water to return it to a pourable state.
