What it is
A dark rustic loaf packed with dried fruit — raisins, cranberries, apricots — and chopped nuts. The sourdough base gives it a slight tang; the fruits give bursts of sweetness; the nuts give it bite. Heavier than a regular loaf, the kind you slice thinly.
