This is naturally leavened white bread that does not contain any preservatives or additives. The bread is soft, light, with a melt in the mouth texture; it is also slightly sweet for those who value quality. It is made in the traditional way using scalded dough which produces the sweet and sour taste as well as soft, moist bread. The bread is seasoned with caraway seeds. A standard Lithuanian oblong shaped loaf is sliced into 21 slices.
