What it is
Vici lightly salted herring fillets are made from skinless Atlantic herring caught in the cold waters of the Norwegian and North Seas (FAO zone 27). The fillets are lightly cured with salt and preserved in rapeseed oil, which keeps them tender and moist. Ready to eat straight from the pack — no rinsing needed.
Vičiūnai Group is one of the largest seafood producers in the Baltic region, with decades of experience processing wild-caught Atlantic herring. Their lightly salted range preserves the natural richness of the fish without over-salting it.
