What it is
Timosha Sunflower Aerated Halva is a lighter, crispier version of traditional halva. A whipped foaming agent gives the paste its distinctive open texture — still rich with roasted sunflower flavour, but noticeably less dense than the classic block.
Made in Russia to a long-established recipe, it has a melt-in-the-mouth quality that makes it easy to eat on its own or paired with a glass of tea.
