What they are
The most traditional of the пряники family — soft round cookies in a thin white sugar glaze, with honey kneaded into the dough. Slightly darker, slightly richer, with that warm honeyed sweetness underneath the spice.
The honey version is the everyday classic that grandparents kept on the table for unannounced guests.

Wheat flour, sugar, water, honey, vegetable fat, eggs, raising agents (baking soda, ammonium bicarbonate), salt, spice blend. Glaze: powdered sugar, water.
