What it is

Hunter sausages are a classic hot-smoked, semi-dry format — finger-length links with a firm bite, rich pork-and-spice flavour, and a deep smoky finish. They earned their name as provisions robust enough to travel.

FOREVERS EXTRA are made to a Danish specification: generous seasoning, clean smoking, and a casing that snaps when you bite through it. Good cold from the pack, sliced onto a board, or quickly heated on a pan or grill.

Ingredients

Pork, beef, pork fat, water, salt, dextrose, spices (black pepper, coriander, garlic), sodium ascorbate (E301), sodium nitrite (E250). Smoked over natural hardwood.
