What it is
A light-bodied salad mayonnaise formulated for meat-based salads. Made from refined vegetable oil, egg, milk powder, mustard and pepper, it has a soft, creamy consistency with delicate spiciness that complements boiled meat, potato salads and dressed egg dishes without overpowering them.
The three-layer polymer sachet keeps the product fresh and protects against oxidation.
Ideal for meat salads (Olivier, Stolichniy, Rosol), boiled and baked eggs, potato salads, and cold cuts. Mix with sour cream in equal parts for a lighter dressing.
