What it is
A classic Latvian thin pancake mix from Dobeles Dzirnavnieks, the flour mill founded in 1895. “Plānās Pankūkas” means thin pancakes in Latvian: delicate, lightly crisp at the edges, and equally at home rolled with jam, filled with cottage cheese, or served with sour cream.
