What it is

A sturdy aluminium pelmeni mould with a non-stick coating, designed for fast, consistent results at home. How to use

Lay a sheet of rolled dough over the mould. Press each cavity lightly to form the cups, add a teaspoon of filling to each, then lay a second sheet on top. Run a rolling pin across the surface to cut and seal all dumplings in one pass. Flip the mould to release. Wash with warm soapy water after each use.
