What it is

Svanetian salt is a coarse, spiced finishing salt from Svaneti, a remote mountain region of Georgia, traditionally rubbed onto meat, stirred into soups and khinkali, or scattered over roasted vegetables. Deko, a Ukrainian producer, makes its own version in that tradition, built around blue fenugreek (utskho-suneli) and chilli. No added MSG, preservatives or colourings.

Coarse sea salt, blue fenugreek (utskho-suneli), garlic, coriander, cumin, chilli pepper, dill.
