What it is
Milochka full-fat curd is creamy, traditional cottage cheese — smooth, rich and gently sour, made with pasteurised milk and lactic cultures.
Spread it on bread, fold it into syrniki and cheesecakes, eat it with sour cream and jam. A Baltic table staple.
