What it is
Korovka Milky is a classic Russian confection: thin, crispy wafer sheets layered with a delicate milk cream filling, then coated in a chocolate-flavoured confectionery glaze. Each individually wrapped piece delivers a satisfying snap followed by a gentle, milky sweetness. The recipe has been unchanged at Moscow's Rot Front factory for decades.
