What it is
Alenka — the milk chocolate with the girl in the headscarf — has been made by the Krasny Oktyabr factory in Moscow since 1966, and the recipe here is the original one: smooth, creamy milk chocolate with a high milk content and a gentle caramel note.
This box holds 10 thin sticks of 10 g each, every one in its own wrapper. Slip a stick into a lunchbox or a coat pocket, hand them round with tea, or use them as neat single portions when a whole bar is too much of a commitment.
Ingredients
Sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifiers (soya lecithin, E476), flavourings («Dessert», «Caramel»).
Cocoa solids: 33.9% minimum. Milk solids: 15.9% minimum.
