What it is
Todorka works with Bulgarian growers to select tomatoes at peak ripeness. These cherry tomatoes are packed whole into glass jars and covered in a clean vinegar-and-herb brine. The result is a tomato that holds its shape, with a bright acidity and natural sweetness from the fruit itself. No artificial preservatives are used.
Serve straight from the jar alongside cold cuts, grilled meats, or open-faced rye bread. They also work well chopped into salads or added to a pickle plate.
