What it is
Dyushes takes its name from the Duchesse pear, a variety long prized across Eastern Europe for its soft, aromatic sweetness. The Chernogolovka plant near Moscow has produced this lemonade since Soviet times, and the recipe has changed little since.
Light and effervescent, with a clean pear character and a gentle citrus finish. Serve ice-cold, straight from the bottle.
