What it is
The Talsu Ritulis classic with whole caraway seeds folded through the curd. Aromatic, slightly bitter-warm, the proper Baltic pairing for dark rye and cured meats.
Slice for a cheese board, grate over hot potatoes, melt onto a sandwich with mustard and ham, or pair with a glass of cold beer.
Ingredients
Pasteurised cow’s milk, salt, caraway seeds, microbial rennet, starter cultures, calcium chloride. Wax coating (non-edible).
