What it is
The Dzintars soft processed cheese in the 180 g tub, blended with fresh garlic and finely-chopped green herbs — dill, parsley. Mild, salty, fragrant; the garlic builds the second after you taste it.
Spread on warm rye, dollop into hot mashed potato, fold into pasta or stir into a cream-based soup. Equally good as a quick dip with crackers and cold sliced sausage.
