Red Salmon Caviar, Imperial Crown, 100 g

Real fish roe — pearly grains, salt-cured, bright on the tongue.

EU   ·   IMPERIAL CROWN   ·   100 g

What it is

Genuine fish roe, salt-cured and packed without thickeners. The grains pop on the tongue, releasing a clean salty-marine flavour. Treated gently in production to keep the bead intact.

Serve cold on dark rye and butter, on blinis with sour cream, or as a small spoonful on a hot boiled potato. A glass of cold vodka or sparkling wine alongside.

Ingredients

Fish roe, salt. Preservatives may include sorbic acid (E200) and sodium benzoate (E211).
