What it is
Beshbarmak is the great dish of Kazakh and Kyrgyz cuisine — tender slow-cooked lamb or beef laid over wide, silky noodles and finished with a broth-based onion sauce. The word itself means "five fingers" in Kazakh, a nod to the traditional way of eating it. Cammy's Dastarkhan line brings that tradition into your kitchen with noodles cut to the classic flat sheet shape and rolled extra thin, so they cook through quickly without turning soft.
The name Dastarkhan means "festive table" in Kazakh. This is Cammy's flagship noodle range, produced in Almaty from wheat flour and egg. The sheets hold their structure through a long simmer in lamb or chicken broth, absorbing flavour without breaking apart.
