What it is
Confectionery House Vatsak (based in Mogilev-Podolsky, Vinnytsia Region) bakes this 650 g rainbow cake by stacking five tinted sponge layers — coloured with food-safe natural dyes that are kid-friendly. Between the layers, a soft cream made from real milk cream and premium cream cheese; outside, a white glaze; on top, colourful dragée candies.
The cake is sold chilled. Take it out 15–20 minutes before slicing to let the cream soften. A solid pick for a kids' birthday, a baby shower or an unapologetically cheerful afternoon tea — 8–10 generous slices.
