What it is
Buckwheat groats (yadritsa) are the hulled, roasted kernels of the buckwheat plant — a staple that has sustained generations across Russia, Ukraine, and Eastern Europe. Makfa's Living Good line selects groats from Altai-region raw material, cleaned and lightly roasted at their Chelyabinsk facility.
