About the Product

Bronchoactive Sage lozenges combine sage extract, marshmallow root extract and plantain extract with vitamin C in a honey-menthol base. Dissolve slowly in the mouth for soothing relief during inflammatory conditions of the throat and oral cavity, including pharyngitis, laryngitis, tonsillitis and stomatitis.

Composition

Each lozenge (960 mg) contains: sage extract 25 mg, marshmallow extract 25 mg, plantain extract 25 mg, ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 25 mg, sage essential oil 4 mg, menthol, honey flavouring, sorbitol (sweetener), natural chlorophyll colouring, talc, stearic acid, calcium stearate.

How the Ingredients Work

• Sage extract and essential oil — antimicrobial and expectorant action, eases throat inflammation
• Marshmallow root extract — coats and soothes mucous membranes, reduces pain on swallowing
• Plantain extract — expectorant and anti-inflammatory, traditionally used for bronchitis and persistent coughs
• Vitamin C — supports the immune response

How to Use

Adults and children over 5: dissolve 1 lozenge slowly in the mouth every 2–3 hours, up to 6 lozenges per day. Do not chew. Not a substitute for treatment prescribed by a doctor.
