What it is

A classic perforated pepper plaster trusted across Eastern Europe for decades. The capsicum (hot pepper) extract in the adhesive layer generates a sustained warming sensation that helps ease muscle tension, joint stiffness, and nerve pain. Suitable for use on the back, shoulders, lower back, knees, and chest. The warming effect lasts up to 48 hours after application.

How to use

Clean and dry the skin before applying. Peel away the protective film and press firmly onto the target area. Leave in place for up to 48 hours, or remove earlier if the sensation becomes uncomfortable. For external use only — do not apply to broken, irritated, or sensitive skin.
