What it is
Tallinn Black is one of the great Baltic rye breads — dense, moist and full of character. The scalded rye method gives it a deep malty sweetness and a long-keeping crumb. Seeds scattered through every slice add texture and a gentle nuttiness. Pre-sliced and ready to serve straight from the pack.
