What it is
A pale lager from the Brālis brewery (SIA Alus nams) in Vangaži, just outside Riga. First brewed in 2002, Gaišais — meaning “light” in Latvian — is a clean, golden lager brewed to a traditional Central European style.
Well-balanced with mild hop bitterness and a refreshing finish, it pairs well with grilled dishes, smoked fish, pickled vegetables, or rye bread.
