What it is
Baltika No. 7 is the brewery's long-standing premium lager. Myagkoe ("Soft") is its lighter, gentler version, introduced in 2020. Multi-stage filtration gives it a clean, smooth, freshly brewed taste. It has a spicy floral hop aroma and a pleasant finish with less bitterness than the classic No. 7, as the label notes: "меньше горечи", or "less bitter".
It is a golden, filtered lager at 4.7% ABV. Serve it chilled to 6–8 °C, with smoked fish, crayfish, sausages or salty snacks, or on its own on a warm evening. It comes in a 0.44 L glass bottle and holds about 2.1 UK units of alcohol.
