What it is
Todorka’s “Homestyle” assorti pairs whole pickled tomatoes with small, crunchy gherkins in one mild sweet-and-sour marinade with garlic and spices — the way Bulgarian households have preserved the summer harvest for generations. The tomatoes come out plump and tangy; the gherkins stay firm, with a proper snap.
