What it is

Nakotne’s “Vyazanka” is crafted from a blend of pork and beef, enriched with dry milk and egg for a mild, slightly creamy flavour and a smooth, even texture throughout.
The name Vyazanka refers to the traditional hand-tied bundle format: the casing is knotted before cooking, a detail carried over from the original Doktorskaya recipe. Slice thickly on rye bread, pan-fry with eggs, or dice into a light broth.
