Acacia Honey
Pure, light, and endlessly versatile
EASTERN EUROPE · 500 ML
What it is
Acacia honey is collected from the blossoms of the black locust (Robinia pseudoacacia) — one of the most prized floral honeys in Eastern Europe. Its pale gold colour comes from a naturally high fructose content that keeps it liquid for months, sometimes years, without crystallising. The result is a honey that is clean, clear, and unmistakably light.
Drizzle over yoghurt, soft cheese, or fresh fruit. Dissolves effortlessly in warm drinks — a natural companion to tea, warm lemon water, or herbal infusions. Equally good spread on rye bread with butter or taken straight from the spoon.
Mild and delicately sweet with subtle floral notes and no bitterness. The finish is clean — acacia honey does not overpower whatever it accompanies, making it the most versatile honey in the kitchen.
