Lācītis Ķepainītis — Mishka Kosolapiy — is one of Laima's most enduring creations. Made at the historic Laima factory in Riga, this 90g bar pairs dark chocolate (cocoa ≥ 45%) with a praline-style almond filling layered between fine wafer.
Few Latvian chocolate recipes have stayed in continuous production as long as this one. The flavour is clean and satisfying: a firm cocoa shell, a lightly sweet almond-praline core.
