What it is
Traditional bread kvass made by natural fermentation — dark, unfiltered, and slightly cloudy. Tauras uses rye malt extract and a kvass mash of rye, wheat, and barley to build a deep, earthy aroma with notes of toasted crust and gentle sourness.
