What it is
Rugilė is Gubernija Brewery's classic bread kvass — a naturally fermented rye malt drink with a characteristic dark colour and lightly tangy bite. Brewed in Šiauliai, Lithuania, it is made from rye and barley malt, lightly sweetened and carbonated to a gentle fizz.
Containing less than 0.5% alcohol, Rugilė makes a thirst-quenching alternative to soft drinks — sharp enough to notice, gentle enough for everyday drinking.
