What it is
Kozinak is one of the simplest and most satisfying confections of Eastern European and Central Asian tradition: roasted nut kernels bound with caramelised sugar and molasses, pressed into firm, crunchy pieces.
This version from Azov Confectionery Factory (AKF) uses whole roasted hazelnuts — their natural oils carrying a toasty, slightly buttery flavour through every bite.
